2. What data is processed

When you open the website, technically necessary data is processed:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page requested
• browser and operating system

3. Getting in touch

This website has no contact form. Every button opens your email client with a prepared message, so nothing you type is submitted to or stored by the website.

If you write to us, we process what you choose to tell us solely in order to answer you.

4. Cookies

This website sets exactly one cookie, and only if you switch the language yourself: it remembers your choice so your next visit opens in that language. It is called "lang", contains only the code de, en or fr, and expires after a year.

It serves that function alone, does not track you, and is not shared with anyone. That is why there is no cookie banner. If you would rather not have it, delete it in your browser — the site keeps working exactly as before.

5. Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are opened. It works without cookies, without fingerprinting and without cross-device recognition. No profiles of individual people are created.

6. Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) and served through their global network. Technical data such as IP address and access logs may be processed to the extent necessary for secure and reliable operation.

7. Sharing with third parties

We share data only where necessary to operate the website or where we are legally required to. We do not sell data.

8. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law.

9. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you have in particular the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction and objection to certain processing.

10. Data from mymo measurements

This policy concerns the website. Measurements at events are separate: mymo works without cameras, records the estimated occupancy of defined areas, and does not create movement profiles of individual people. The product page describes how the measurement works.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
